Our Story

Our CEO, David Banks, has spent many years assisting small to medium sized businesses to restructure their operations. In the process, he realised that the biggest cash flow problem for most businesses was that debtor ledgers were not pursued or managed, as the cost to pursue was prohibitive.

This formulated the ethos of our company:

to deliver a cost efficient and effective debt recovery service using the latest technology to achieve positive results.

Since our inception in 1985, we have helped thousands of clients across Australia collect debts including:

  • Small and medium businesses
  • Real estate agents, property managers and strata management companies
  • Landlords of residential and commercial properties
  • Sole traders
  • Personal debt

Our Difference

We are an Australian family owned and operated business, working in every state and territory in Australia.

We do not use overseas call centres. We employ Australian residents in Australia. We have been operating for over 35 years and have in-depth knowledge of what is required to recover debts and the legal obligations that are involved with this process.

  • Proactive not reactive debt collection products and services
  • Transparent fee structure, meaning you are not burdened with ongoing legal/enforcement costs
  • Our recoveries team are firm but fair and get the job done
  • We recover debts for landlords over and above bond, including insurance excesses. This is a unique offering in the Australian market

We have long term staff and a close-knit team.

David offers clients not only expertise in the recovery of debt, but also works with the business to implement procedures and processes in facilitating the timely payment of accounts, customer retention and ongoing business relationships.
